If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Simply request a return authorization (RA) by clicking the button below within seven (7) days and filling in the required information. We’ll process the RA for consideration to refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.
- You have seven (7) calendar days to request an RA for a purchase from the date you received the product.
- To be eligible for a return, that product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products must be in original packaging and have all tags and liners attached. Due to hygenic concerns and health regulations, products that are soiled, damaged, worn or laundered will not be accepted.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- RA's will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
- Original shipping and fees are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your returned product(s), we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your the returned product(s). We will notify you promptly on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
